Salam, I do hv the opportunity to tasted Malaysia Airlines ‘satay’ which is ur MAS catering signature. They had wins Award for the Best Airline Catering Signature at the 2012 World Airline Awards held at Farnborough Air Show. Other than catering award, MAS also wins the World's Best Cabin Staff award for 2012.

My observation; the meat either beef or chicken satay so soft and yummy. The side dishes, green cucumber and onion a little bit bigger size and the gravy not chefly pore on top of the satay. My suggestions are on the two minor comments. The taste of the satay is awesome. I’m looking forward to enjoy the satay again on the flight back home 2morow.

For the cabin staff services, I think they short of staff.

The World Airline Awards are the world class benchmarking tool for Passenger Satisfaction levels of airlines throughout the world including low cost airlines, delivering a unique survey format based on analysis of business and leisure travellers, across all cabin travel types (First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy class passengers). Air travellers were surveyed by telephone, questionnaires and online about their experiences with airlines on the ground and in the air during a 10-month period. The survey measured passenger satisfaction across more than 38 key performance indicators of airline front-line product and service, including check-in, boarding, onboard seat comfort, cabin cleanliness, food, beverages, in-flight entertainment and staff service. The Survey covered over 200 airlines, from the largest international airlines to smaller domestic carriers.
Proud to be Malaysian. We should hv sense of belonging – PETRONAS, Proton Saga, KTM, FELDA, ATM, Oil Palm, etc.
